When the Hong Kong Observatory announces that Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is issued, the arrangements for the symposium will be as follows:

Symposium Day 1: 23 May 2019 (Thursday)

Signal in force at or after	Session/Activity cancelled
05:30	Morning session (08:15-13:45)
11:00	Afternoon session (13:45-18:15)

Symposium Day 2: 24 May 2019 (Friday)

Signal in force at or after	Session/Activity cancelled
05:30	Morning session (08:15-13:30)
11:00	Afternoon session (13:30-17:30)
15:30	Conference dinner (18:30-22:00)

Workshops Day 1 & 2: 27 – 28 May 2019 (Monday and Tuesday)

Signal in force at or after	Session/Activity cancelled
05:30	Morning session (08:30-13:30)
11:00	Afternoon session (13:30-17:00)

If the signal is issued after the commencement of the session/activity, the session/activity will continue as scheduled until further notice.
