The symposium and workshop fees include registration fee (HK$100) and administration fee for self-funded events, scientific sessions and workshop materials (as applicable).
Notes:
1 To enjoy the early bird discount, registration with full payment must be received before 29 March 2019.
2 Group registration will normally be valid for a minimum of 10 participants.
For groups of 21 participants or more, please contact our Symposium Secretariat at 1stcochranehksym@nur.cuhk.edu.hk for registration. For payment, please make a crossed cheque payable to “The Chinese University of Hong Kong” and send it to “Symposium Secretariat, The First Cochrane Hong Kong Symposium, The Nethersole School of Nursing, 6/F, Esther Lee Building, Chung Chi College, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shatin, N.T., Hong Kong”.
3 A letter of verification for full-time student status from an authorised institution is required. Please send the letter to our Symposium Secretariat at 1stcochranehksym@nur.cuhk.edu.hk for verification.
4 Limited places will be offered on a first come, first served basis.
Cancellation of registration must be received by the Symposium Secretariat on or before 15 April 2019 to receive a 50% refund of the fee paid. No refund will be made thereafter.
Symposium Dinner 24 May 2019
The symposium dinner will be held at the Peking Garden, 3/F, Star House, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon. Guests will be served with authentic Chinese cuisine, and have the opportunity to enjoy live Chinese musical performance, hand-pulled noodle demonstration, traditional craftsmanship and local delicacies. A lucky draw will also be arranged during the dinner.
Payment Method
Payment is required upon online registration. We accept online payment by credit card (VISA/MasterCard) which will be charged in Hong Kong dollars. The exact amount of the registration fee in the registrant’s currency will be based on the exchange rate on the date of transaction.
On-site registration will be available from 23 May 2019. Only payment with cash in Hong Kong Dollars will be accepted for on-site registration.
